Delivery Information

Delivery:

Goods are usually dispatched on the same day of the order being place, if ordered on a working weekday before 1pm, but this may be longer if the stock is being renewed. Delivery options and dispatch times may vary in special circumstances (eg holiday periods). Notice will be given on the website. Orders taken at the weekend after Friday at 1 pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.

In the event of an item is out of stock for more than 2 days we will communicate with you and offer an alternative if one is available, or keep in touch and advise when the product is available once more.

FREE DELIVERY in the UK for orders over £35 

Free delivery applies to standard delivery option only which is delivered within 3-4 days excluding Sunday and for one mailing address only.

Safe Place delivery instructions

Please note we are happy to add a safe place to the delivery label, but this is at the risk of the buyer.  We cannot accept responsibility for an item delivered to a safe place being lost or stolen.

Standard Delivery Royal Mail Tracked

Royal Mail Tracked at  £3.50 - this is a flat rate for each order so your delivery charges become great value when ordering more than one item!
Nominate a 'safe place' for the parcel if you are out by leaving a comment at checkout.
Please give a mobile number on your order to receive personalised delivery status, tracking details  and delivery notification. Your number will not be used for marketing purposes.

First Class Royal Mail Tracked

Royal Mail Tracked First Class at £4.95 - estimated delivery 1-2 days excluding Sunday.  Also a flat rate so does not change when more than one item is ordered.  This is a faster priority  delivery but not guaranteed to arrive the next day. Orders taken at the weekend After 1.30pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.  
You can nominate a 'Safe place' for the parcel if you are out by leaving a comment at checkout. Please give a mobile number on your order to receive personalised delivery status, tracking details  and delivery notification. Your number will not be used for marketing purposes.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (when offered).

Royal Mail Special Delivery £9.95 (next working day if ordered before mid-day weekdays Monday-Thursday). When offered.
Expedited orders placed after mid-day on a Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

International Delivery

DELIVERY UPDATE SUMMER 2026:

We are unfortunately no longer shipping to to countries outside the United Kingdom, this includes Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.The cost of shipping has risen drastically in recent months and we feel that direct shipping, given the reliability of services offered by third parties, is no longer cost effective. We apologise for any inconvenience and customers are still welcome to send items themselves as gifts.

Delivery not arrived yet?

All our deliveries are by Royal Mail Tracked Service.  Each item will have a tracking number which is sent to you on dispatch. If the item has not been received within a reasonable amount of time please check the tracking number on the royal mail site http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace  . If they have attempted to deliver please check with your local sorting office to arrange collection or arrange a new time for delivery. If there is any problem please do not hesitate to contact us and we can attempt to resolve the issue.
This service requires a signature and cannot be left in a safe place so if you are not in to receive it, royal mail may or may not leave a card notifying you of the delivery attempt and the item will need to either be collected from the local delivery office or a re-delivery arranged online at www.royalmail.com.
For orders placed before mid-day on a Friday expedited delivery will arrive on Monday.
